【摘要】:WARNING:ThisInternationalSandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.Itdoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1ThisInternationalStandarddescribesproceduresforconstantimmersionacceleratedexfoliationcorrosiontestingofaluminiumalloysprimarilyforthepurposeofresearch,developmentandqualitycontrol.2Itcoversaspectsofthecorrosivesolution,specimenpreparation,exposure,inspectionandinterpretationoftestresults.3ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableprimarilytothetestingofwroughtaluminiumalloysintheformofsemi-finishedmillproductsandpartsproducedbothfromconventionalingotmetallurgyprocessesandfrompowdermetallurgyprocesses,aswellasaluminiumalloymetalmatrixcompositesincludingthoseproducedbymechanicalalloying.4Itcanalsobeusedfortestingingotsandcastaluminiumalloyswhenorientedstructuressuchascolumnargrainsorstriatedsegregationsarepresent.5Theresultsofthesetestsaremostapplicabletoresearchstudiesoftrendsinalloydevelopmentandshouldnotbeconsideredasanabsolutecriterionoftheresistancetoexfoliation.Whenthesetestsareusedforproductioncontrolofexfoliation-resistantmaterials,limitsofacceptableperformanceshouldbethesubjectofanagreementbetweenconcernedparties.
