【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549describesanddefinesthelimitedclinicaldataobjectsusedinorreferencedbypatient-heldhealthdatacardsusingUML,plaintextandabstractsyntaxnotation(ASN.1).ItisapplicabletosituationsinwhichsuchdataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcardswhosephysicaldimensionsarecompliantwiththoseofID-1cardsasdefinedbyISO/IEC7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedatacontainedwithinthedataobjectlimitedclinicaldata,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardata-setsforstorageondevices.Inparticular,thedatacontainedwithinthedataobjectsinlimitedclinicaldataareintendedtoaidthedeliveryofemergencycare,butarebythemselvesneitherintended,norsuitable,fortheprovisionofalltheinformationrequired.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549(althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectsspecifiedelsewhere):—theencodingoffreetextdata;—securityfunctionsandrelatedserviceswhicharelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacards,dependingontheirspecificapplication,forexampleconfidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotection,andauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;—accesscontrolserviceswhichmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;—theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitinaccordancewiththispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:—physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacard;—howthemessageisprocessedfurther"downstream"oftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;—theformwhichdatatakeforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.
