【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesmethodsforthedeterminationofsoilmicrobialrespirationofaerobic,unsaturatedsoils.ThemethodsaresuitableforthedeterminationofO2uptakeorCO2release,eitherafteradditionofasubstrate(substrate-inducedrespiration),orwithoutsubstrateaddition(basalrespiration).ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothemeasurementofsoilrespirationinorderto:—determinethemicrobialactivityinsoil(see[3]);—establishtheeffectofadditives(nutrients,pollutants,soilimprovers,etc.)onthemetabolicperformanceofmicroorganisms;—determinethemicrobialbiomass(see[4]);—determinethemetabolicquotientqCO2.
